Cancellation policy:

•  Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd.
•  For cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
•  In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.

• Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges,  airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within De Tours  control at the time of giving this cost.
• The names/passports of all qualifiers need to given to De Tours one month prior to the date of departure.
• Confirmation is subject to availability on clients preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost.
• The above quotation is based on the hotel stated above and is dependent on availability at the time of reservations.
• If the hotel is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard
• In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3% or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high demand period,we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 45 – 30 days before departure                            : 25% of the total tour cost
• 30 - 15 days  before departure                            : 50% of the total tour cost
• Less than 15 days                                               : 100% of the total tour cost 

NOTE:

• The airfare and the rate of exchange is as of today & could change with or without prior notice due to frequent fluctuations in the airfare, taxes and rate of exchange. The difference if any will be charged before departure.
