Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.
Explore the Old Quarter with its narrow streets, ancient temples, and vibrant markets.
Visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.
Try local street food in the evening at places like Bún Chả Hương Liên or Bún Riêu Cô Thảo

Day 2

Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, and the One Pillar Pagoda.
Explore the Temple of Literature.
Enjoy a traditional water puppet show in the evening.

Day 3

Drive to Ha Long Bay (about 3-4 hours from Hanoi).
Take a boat through the stunning limestone karsts and islands.
Visit Thien Cung Cave and enjoy kayaking or swimming in the bay

Day 4

Return to Hanoi and take a flight to Da Nang.
Transfer to Hoi An, a charming ancient town.
Explore the lantern-lit streets, visit Hoi An Ancient Town, and enjoy the local cuisine.

Day 5

Take a half-day trip to My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient Hindu temples.
Explore more of Hoi An, visit the Japanese Covered Bridge and the Assembly Hall of the Fujian Chinese.

Day 6

Drive to Hue (about 2-3 hours from Hoi An).
Visit the Imperial City, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Explore the Thien Mu Pagoda and take a boat ride on the Perfume River.

Day 7

Explore more of Hue in the morning if time allows.
Depart from Hue for your onward journey.
