• Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges,  airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within De Tours  control at the time of giving this cost.
• The names/passports of all qualifiers need to given to De Tours one month prior to the date of departure.
• Confirmation is subject to availability on clients preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost.
• The above quotation is based on the hotel stated above and is dependent on availability at the time of reservations.
• If the hotel is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard
• In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3% or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high demand period,we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 45 – 30 days before departure                            : 25% of the total tour cost
• 30 - 15 days  before departure                            : 50% of the total tour cost
• Less than 15 days                                               : 100% of the total tour cost 

NOTE:

• The airfare and the rate of exchange is as of today & could change with or without prior notice due to frequent fluctuations in the airfare, taxes and rate of exchange. The difference if any will be charged before departure.
•  The rate of exchange is as of  (USD 1 = INR 64.5) and is subject to change with or without prior notice due to frequent fluctuations in the airfare, taxes and rate of exchange.

• Minimum 80% payment of the booking amount at the time of booking

• In case of Guaranteed / 100% non-refundable bookings, we would be requiring full Package Cost at the time of booking itself

• Upon confirmation of the booking we would require 80% of the total invoice and the balance amount can be paid 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Class of travel on trains may change based on availability at the time of booking

Cancellation policy:

•  Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd.
•  For cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
•  In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.

• All our Travel arrangements are sold subject to the given Terms & Conditions in this sheet, and the same shall govern the contract between the client and Nesta Events. By agreeing to avail the services under this quote, you agree to all the terms & conditions.
• Any and all changes by airlines or any other service provider on the quoted/confirmed prices owing to change in tax structure or any other reason, will have to be borne by the customer.
• Any extra services taken by the customer, authorized by the company representative on tour, will have to be paid in full by the customer on return within timelines as stated in the invoice.
• The tour price is based on the given number of passengers traveling together on the said dates, as given in pages 2 & 3 of this quote. Any variation in the number of passengers (total or by hub), or change in the given room configuration or dates, will cause an increase in prices and the same will have to be paid by the client as per the new cost details, which will be provided post intimation of the change.
• The current prices are based on the current taxation in your hub and destination. Any change in the regulation of taxes on your dates of travel will be borne by the customer.
• Nesta Events reserves the right to change the tour prices for any reasons beyond its control.
• Nesta Events reserves the right to alter the days and times of operations of above-mentioned services basis local conditions on ground which may force an alteration. Any non-operated services will be refunded subject to refunds form the service providers.
