Any expenses incurred due to loss of any item and charges against damage caused by an individual or group in any form towards property or transport used. Any additional expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to or circumstances, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Minimum 80% payment of the booking amount at the time of booking
Balance 20% payment at least 20 days prior to scheduled departure.
In case of Guaranteed / 100% non-refundable bookings, we would be requiring full Package Cost at the time of booking itself
ROE will be calculated Rs.1 extra on ‘XE.com’ rate of the day of payment being made
In the case of a GST input credit invoice it is mandatory to share a copy of the GST certificate (of the same firm/individual) of the Business entity from which payment is being made.
In case the booking amount is not received within 1 working day of receiving hotel confirmation, then the booking will be considered VOID, any cancellation charges for such a booking will be still payable by the customer/passenger
